Chief Operating Officer for Quebec – Synex Assurances and Synex Solutions Collectives
Chief Revenue Officer – Synex Performance d’affaires
Sébastien Pelletier, co-founder of Synex Performance d’affaires, is widely recognized in the industry for his expertise in business development and his strong network of trusted partners. He will play a central role in driving the performance of our offices across Quebec, working in close collaboration with Jean-Sébastien Larivière. Together, they will support general managers in growing and optimizing operations, while fostering inter-office collaboration and enhancing Synex’s visibility.
Maryse Rivard, C.d’A.A., PAA
Vice President, Sales – Property & Casualty Insurance and Public Affairs
Well known for her commitment to public affairs, Maryse is expanding her mandate to include sales in property and casualty insurance. A seasoned broker and member of the Elite Brokerage Program, she will leverage her expertise to support sales team performance and cabinet leadership. She will also continue to play an active role in developing institutional relationships.
Lise Trahan, BAA, CAAS, AVA
Vice President, Sales – Group Benefits
With over 25 years of experience in group insurance, Lise Trahan will now lead sales for the entire Synex group in this domain. She will contribute to business development, cross-selling initiatives, and strategic alignment, while supporting sales teams and cabinet leadership.
